1:1 Energy Healing & Guidance

When you step into a session with me, you’re entering a space where the unseen world meets your body, your nervous system, and your soul’s journey. Each session is Spirit-led, weaving together energy healing, intuitive guidance, and ritual in the way that best serves you in the moment.

This is not “one-size-fits-all” healing.
It is deeply bespoke, responding to where you are, what you’re carrying, and what Spirit shows is ready to shift.

All offerings are available both in-person and online (distance healing is just as powerful).
On Wednesdays, you can find me in residency at Higher Ground, Brighton, and all other times I work from my main healing space on Bond Street, Brighton.

    The Healing Hour - Signature Session

    A one-hour bespoke session where I draw on energy healing, sound, crystals, dowsing, light codes, and Spirit-led guidance. This is a space to release, restore, and remember, giving your body, mind, and spirit a reset.

    The Soul Remedy Session - Devoted Healing & Guidance

    A two-hour deep-dive that begins with dedicated guidance time. We sit with your questions, listen to Spirit, and open up the wisdom of what you’re walking through. From there, we move into energy healing, addressing the root and beginning the process of integration.

    This session is for you if you’re seeking not just answers, but a true alchemy of insight and embodied healing.

    Sekhem - Ancient Egyptian Healing

    Sekhem is an energy healing lineage rooted in ancient Egypt, known for its powerful, high-frequency transformation. Working with this energy helps to clear deep patterns, awaken spiritual connection, and support profound shifts on physical, emotional, and soul levels.

    Sekhem is available as a dedicated session or can be woven into other healing work.

    Womb of the Dark Feminine

    This Womb of the Dark Feminine journey is a ceremonial, trauma-aware, and spirit-led energy healing offering, designed to support those who feel called to reconnect with their womb space, whether that womb is physically present, energetically held, or symbolically experienced.

    Working gently through the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras, this journey invites the body to soften, release, and remember its own wisdom. Rather than forcing healing, the work unfolds through safety, permission, and deep listening.
